Manufacturing Headhunters recruits manufacturing professionals nationwide.
This is what we do all day: recruit manufacturing professionals.
Using this website.
What should you know about use of this site?
Manufacturing Headhunters uses this website to explain recruiting services, accept hiring briefs and show public wage data. Sending a form gives the team information to discuss with you. It does not by itself sign a recruiting agreement, accept a fee or authorize the team to publish your job description.
This website is operated by Royalty Talent LLC under the trade name Manufacturing Headhunters. The content is general information, not legal or employment advice.
Search services are governed by a signed client recruiting agreement. Nothing on this site creates a contract for services.
We offer a candidate replacement guarantee on standard search agreements. The applicable period and exact terms are set out in the signed client recruiting agreement.

For a standard permanent search, the fee basis and payment terms belong in the signed recruiting agreement. Review those terms before work begins. An overview, FAQ or calculator on this website is not a substitute for that agreement. If the opening combines several jobs, clarify the actual scope rather than relying on the closest menu title.
Skilled contract work, temp-to-perm requests and shift-start hiring are considered on request, with terms set per engagement. These pages describe recruiting the skilled core, not supplying high-volume general labor. Do not assume that selecting an engagement label answers who will employ a worker, manage payroll or hold insurance. Those responsibilities need to be resolved in the engagement arrangements.
The salary guide describes BLS occupations, which can be broader than a plant's title. Its badge and mapping note explain that limit. The published wage row is not an individual offer or a separate estimate for every shift, credential or seniority level. Read the reference period and methodology alongside the figures rather than treating a title match as a complete pay decision.
Offer comparisons and vacancy calculations use public wage values or the inputs you provide. Check your own inputs before relying on the result. A calculation does not establish what a particular person will accept, what your operation will lose or what a signed search will cost. A copied tool link also carries the state shown in that link.
Only upload a description or other material you have permission to provide. Remove personal employee records and information that is unrelated to the seat. If the brief changes, contact the team with the correction. For questions about a page or its sources, use the editorial policy and explain which statement you want reviewed.
Does sending an opening commit my company to a search fee?
No: The intake starts a conversation about the seat. Recruiting terms are agreed separately in writing. Review the fee basis, payment event and replacement provisions in that document before proceeding, and raise any difference between your brief and the proposed search scope.
