Manufacturing Headhunters recruits manufacturing professionals nationwide.
This is what we do all day: recruit manufacturing professionals.
What we collect and why.
What should you know about information we collect?
When you submit a form we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, role, location, industry, confidentiality request, how you heard of us and your notes. We also record the page address and any campaign parameters in the link you used.
We record first-party conversion events: form views, form steps, successfully saved requests, and clicks on booking and call links. These are tied to a random identifier stored in your browser tab session, together with the page path and campaign parameters. Event records do not repeat your name, email or phone number, but a successful submission event links to the saved request for private reporting. No third-party trackers are used.
We use it to respond to your request, run searches, and for operational follow-up. For candidates, we use it only for relevant searches. We do not sell it.
Contact us through the contact page to ask about, correct or delete your information.
An employer request records the role, plant location and hiring urgency, followed by the contact details you submit. Phone is optional. A job description can contain information about your operation, so leave out employee records, customer details and other material that is not needed to explain the opening. The confidential-search choice travels with your request.
The recruiting team uses a submitted brief to decide which backgrounds to approach and to contact the person who sent it. Requests enter our recruiting records and generate an internal email alert. A form is not a public job posting. Sending a description does not automatically put your opening into the site's open-jobs block.
The website keeps first-party records of page visits and form activity. These can include the page, referring source, campaign parameters and the kind of request. That helps distinguish a completed hiring brief from a visit to a pay table. Advertising trackers are not active by default. Verification placeholders do not themselves send visitor information to advertising services.
Salary-tool inputs stay in the browser until you submit a report request. A shared tool link can include the role, area and numbers you entered. Anyone you give that link to may be able to read that state, so do not put personal or confidential information into a link you plan to forward.
A saved report or guide request can include the occupation mapping, area, tool inputs and your answer about hiring plans. The team can use those details to discuss the request with you. Release-alert interest is recorded as an opt-in, not an instruction to enroll you in an automated recruiting campaign.
Use the contact page if you want to ask about information you submitted, correct a plant location or request that the team stop contacting you. Explain which request you mean without sending more sensitive information. We review those requests personally. Following a booking or other external link takes you to that provider's own service and privacy terms.
Can I use a salary tool without submitting contact details?
Yes: Public results do not require an email. Submit the report form only if you want the gated output and are comfortable sending the stated inputs with it. Copying a result link is a separate choice: check the information in that link before sharing it.
