What should you know about how it works for you?
Manufacturing Headhunters keeps a talent network for manufacturing professionals. Tell us about the work you have done and the kinds of moves you would consider. This is a candidate route, not an employer search request. Joining the network does not promise an interview, an offer or a particular response date.
We do not post your profile anywhere. If a search fits your background we contact you first.
We do not place hourly or temporary labor. We work on salaried plant, engineering, quality and supply chain roles.
Sending a profile does not guarantee a conversation. We contact you when a search fits.

Describe your process and equipment experience rather than sending only a title. A machinist's control and setup background matters. A maintenance technician's electrical and mechanical fault-finding matters. A quality professional's systems and audit responsibilities matter. Explain what you handled yourself so a relevant employer can understand the scope.
Be clear about the shift and location that would work for you. A local move depends on a practical commute. Relocation depends on the destination and the reason to move. Traveling work depends on the assignment and time away. We do not assume that being interested in a new role means being available for every pattern of work.
You can be employed and still discuss a move privately. Tell us what information needs careful handling. Do not upload confidential records from your current employer or private records about coworkers. We discuss an actual opportunity before treating your interest as permission to present you for an opening.
Employers pay for our recruiting work. Candidates are not asked to pay a recruiting fee to join this network. Keep your experience, credentials and contact details accurate. If your situation changes, tell us what has changed so later conversations are based on the work and conditions you would actually accept.
What manufacturing experience should you include?
Name the process, equipment, responsibilities and shift you have handled. Explain what you did independently and what required support. That gives a hiring team more useful context than an impressive title without scope. Include only information you can discuss without disclosing your employer's confidential material.
