Salary guide

Manufacturing Headhunters uses the published BLS OEWS figures below. They describe the mapped occupation and area, not an individual offer.

This is what we do all day: recruit manufacturing professionals.

The pay figures on this site are free to read. Downloads need a work email: the full guide, a one-page Hiring Market Brief, or an Excel workbook of the same BLS figures.

What should you save for a hiring-budget conversation?

Manufacturing Headhunters offers saved guide outputs for buyers who need the wage evidence beside an opening brief. Decide which question the document needs to answer before downloading a full edition. A national role table may be enough for an early discussion. A local hiring brief is more useful when the worksite and duties have already been agreed.

The saved output should preserve the occupation mapping, reference period and geographic scope. Without those labels, a copied median can look like a quote for an exact plant title when it actually covers broader work. Keep the caveat beside the figure rather than leaving it on a separate methodology page that the budget owner may never open.

A family edition is useful when several related seats are being approved together. It should not be read as an internal pay grade structure. An operator, technician and supervisor can have different decision authority, and their occupational estimates are not automatic promotion steps. Add your own reporting lines and required responsibilities to the approval brief.

Tool reports also need their assumptions. An offer result depends on the amount entered and the area actually used. A vacancy result depends on your loss and cover-cost inputs. Saving a report records that calculation; it does not validate the accounting or promise a hiring result. Review the inputs before forwarding the document as the basis for a decision.

Use a work email to request the gated output. The download is available on screen after a successful submission, so you can return to the wage table without waiting for a follow-up conversation. If you tell us you are hiring, we can discuss the search separately. Release-alert interest is collected as an opt-in; it does not enroll you in an automated recruiting sequence or a campaign.

Does saving the guide start a search or commit us to a fee?

No: A guide request records your interest in the data, not an instruction to begin an engagement. If you want help filling the opening, send the role separately and agree the search terms in writing before work starts.
