What happens after a confirmed request
The form first asks for the role, plant location and timing, then your name, company and work email. Phone is optional. Moving between steps does not send your request. Complete and send the form when you are ready.
We talk with you about the job before contacting candidates. For maintenance, tell us whether you need help with breakdowns or preventing them. For quality, explain the product and quality system. For a technician, name the equipment and shift.
We agree recruiting terms in writing before starting. We then find people, talk with them about the job and introduce suitable candidates. We help with interviews and offers. There is no upfront fee. You pay only if you hire.
The manufacturing salary guide uses May 2025 BLS OEWS medians, released May 15, 2026. These are occupation-wide figures, not estimates for any role. Each figure names its SOC occupation. Ask us about the range for your actual role and plant.

We help you complete the hire
We help arrange interviews, share feedback and work through the offer and start, while you choose who to hire.
Questions employers ask
When do you pay a recruiting fee?
No upfront fee. You pay only if you hire. We agree the fee basis and payment terms in writing before starting. Sending the form does not commit you to a search.
How long does it take to see a short list?
It depends on the job, location and people available. We discuss next steps after learning about your opening, rather than promising a date before we know the job.
How do you handle counteroffers?
We ask why candidates want to move and what could change their minds. We keep that conversation going through interviews and the offer.
What replacement terms apply?
We offer a candidate replacement guarantee on standard search agreements. The applicable period and exact terms are set out in the signed client recruiting agreement.
What do you not do?
We do not supply high-volume general labor or bill hourly for a standard permanent search. Retainers are not the default. Any different arrangement must be agreed in writing.
Use this form to tell Manufacturing Headhunters about your opening. Start with the role, plant location and timing, then add your name, company and work email. Phone is optional. Changing steps does not send the request. Send the completed form when you are ready.
A finished job description is not essential. Tell us what the person will do and who they will work with. For a technician, name the machines and shift. For a manager, describe the team and the problems you need help with.
If you are replacing someone or keeping a project quiet, tell us the search is confidential. We will discuss what can be shared before contacting candidates. Please leave private employee records out of the form.
Sending an opening starts a conversation, not a recruiting agreement. We discuss the job with you and agree the fee and terms in writing before starting. Permanent recruitment on contingency is our default; we do not supply high-volume general labor.
